What a beautiful day!!

Gavin on his rear, like he was most of the time on the trampoline
Riley having tons of fun
Jordan in mid flip
Zach in mid flip

Wow! We couldn't have asked for a better day. The weather was just beautiful here today, but a little windy. I didn't even mind the wind though because I was just happy to be outside and having fun. I think most of us were outside all afternoon until suppertime.

One of the main attractions of the day was Curt putting up the trampoline for the kids. They played on that off and on most of the day. We even had some of their friends come over to join in on the fun. Gavin and Riley also enjoyed the trampoline and Riley is quite good on there and has great balance. Gavin's main objective was to stay on his feet. Most of the time he was falling over but he loved being on there. Curt even got on and did a few flips.

Our busy spring lives will be starting this week with soccer. Curt and I are the heads of soccer for our town and so we have to oversee everything for games and such and we are in charge of the concession stand for our home games. That will be fun, not looking forward to that but it is good money for the program. Most practices are starting this week so here's hoping for a good season for Jordan and Zach and the RCL Soccer league.

Hope you all have a great week!

Happy St. Patty's Day

Hello all. I hope you are enjoying your weekend like we are. Actually the kids aren't enjoying it too much because we have them picking up their rooms and basement. The basement is all full of toys everywhere and of course they are blaming it all on the little ones, Riley and Gavin, and they don't understand why they have to do the picking up.

We took Jordan and Zach out to a movie tonight and really had a good time. Jordan even told me it was nice to have a little peace and quiet without the two little ones. We went to The Bridge to Terabithia. Not a bad movie, but not all that entertaining like you think it would be for little ones. I think Zach got a little bored in the middle of it. It had been such a long time since we went out with the boys and I really enjoyed it. We were going to have it be a date night for Curt and I, but we thought the boys deserved a nice night out.

Hope you all have a great week!!

Play Time

Gavin and Riley had fun this weekend being silly with Aunt Dawn. They wanted to put my dishtowels on their heads and dance around. There was a lot of craziness at times but it was quite enjoyable watching them. It is nice sometimes having them be so close in age because they can be the best of friends and do a lot of stuff together when they want to.

Missing Something

Zach finally lost his front tooth this weekend. That tooth has been loose for weeks and at Grandma and Grandpa Batta's house it came out. He was so excited about it that he had to call us at home and tell us about it. And of course the tooth fairy came last night and left him some moolah.

Keeping in touch

Hello everyone. I decided to create a blog spot to keep in touch with everyone. It is easier for me to do this than to send out emails all the time. I will do my best to keep up with this and to keep it current with pictures and such.

Love,
Julie
