Here are some more pictures of my nephew, Noah. I went last night to pick up Jeff from Des Moines to bring him home and I just had to snap a few pictures of the little guy while I was there. He seems like he has changed so much and just getting cuter. I told Jeff and Missy that he looks like a little 70s basketball player with his little blue headband. That is there to hold something in place behind his ear, and for the life of me I can't remember what it is holding and what it monitors or does. But anyway, Noah is doing great and looking great. Jeff was so excited that he got to hold him for 3 hours straight the other day and I'm sure the smile never came off his face the whole time. Missy seems to be doing good as well and is looking great. I think they mentioned that her blood pressure might be up a little still so we hope that will start to level out soon for her. I hope you enjoy the pictures and keep them all in your thoughts and prayers.

Fun with Photos
Hey, I know it has been a while since I have blogged and so I wanted to share a couple of photos with you of the two little ones. The kids were being goofy and full of energy this morning so I thought it was a good opportunity for some photo ops. I just love these pictures of Riley and Gavin and I have already printed them off and put them up on the wall. It has been so long since I have posted pictures of them I thought it was about time and what great pictures to display with the post. I need to get some pictures of Zach on the blog. He just started football this week so hopefully I will get some football pictures of him like I got of Jordan. And if I get around to it, I may scan their school pictures and put them on the blog as well.
Have a great weekend!!!

Welcome Noah Jeremiah Hendricks
As all of you know, Noah is the newborn premie of Jeff and Missy and I finally got some long awaited pictures of him today. Dawn, Dad, and I went down today to Des Moines and spent time with Jeff, Missy and Noah. It was so wonderful when I finally got to see him. It is just so amazed at how tiny he is, but he is so cute that I just wanted to reach in and get him and cuddle him right up next to my neck. I could have sat there and looked at him for hours. Noah is doing great and he is already off the respirator, how wonderful is that. The only thing right now that they are concerned about is a possible infection. They won't know more on that for a day or two. Otherwise his is looking great and doing great. As you can see in his pictures he is a little bruised on the forehead and stuff, but that is from delivery and he will recover from those. Also, Jeff and Missy may get to hold him tomorrow(Thursday), that is definitely something to look forward to. Missy is doing good as well but is still hurting of course from her c section. She is also swollen in both of her legs and feet but they assure her that will get better. Her blood pressure is still a little up there but she is one tough cookie. The doctors were saying how serious Missy's condition was and they were very concerned for her life for a while there. And of course they don't tell Jeff this until after the fact. But we are all very happy at how Missy hung in there and fought through it all and as a result they both have a wonderful, handsome baby boy. Congrats to the new parents and I hope everyone enjoys the pictures.

Jordan's Football
It is easy to find Jordan. His pants are taped around the waist and thighs to hold them up because they are two sizes too big.
Hey all! Jordan had his first real full contact scrimmage this last Saturday. He did a great job, and he can feel real proud of himself that he was only one of two fifth graders that started with the sixth graders on offense. He played some defense as well, but not as much. He seems to be liking football and loves to show off his bruises and all. I think he didn't realize he could be so tough. We are very proud of him and he did a great job in all of his scrimmages that day.
